Chiappetta: Everyone takes notice when a stud like LeBron James enters the league out of high school and begins embarrassing the league. Lesnar can bring the same phenomenon to the UFC.

Brock is an awesome athlete people only see him as a former WWE star. If he works on his BJJ he could be unstoppable.

He is big and strong as anyone else in MMA.. only problem is he lacks the experience and knowledge most title holders have when they get there. Thus, I don't think it will last long.

He is alot stronger than most in the MMA world. He dose lack the skills most others have, however he will gain the skills and might one day become one of the best!

this article makes it sound like he came out of the theater that is WWE with no experience. The guy was a NCAA wrestling CHAMP, and those skills translate to MMA. Combine that with the fact that he is bigger and stronger than everybody, this guy is the real deal and should have gotten into MMA years ago. He will be around a while.........so the james comparison is real
He had no business getting a title shot. With only a few pro fights, one of which was a loss toFrank Mir, he didn't deserve to be there. Unfortunately the UFC is delighted with its very own Kimbo.
I agree with you that it was too soon for a title shot. The loss to Mir should have happened the Ref stopped him when he had Mir beat ( hit him once to the back of the head and did not even get a warning like everyone else). He should have had a few more fights, however if he keeps training like he is he could be able to keep the title for a while. And please he has legitimate background compared to Kimbo.

With how prevalent 'roids / HGH are in WWE, I feel sorry for the non-medicated guys facing Lesnar. He's huge and has an awesome work ethic but I think from looking at him compared to other guys of his statutre he gets a little "help", too... I wish he didn't. I like his personality and the UFC would benefit from more intelligent and determined fighters like him.
